Weekly Maintenance $80.00 per visit - CHEMICAL NOT INCLUDED

Bi-Weekly Maintenance $95.00 per visit - CHEMICAL NOT INCLUDED

Maintenance Includes:

• Clean Pool (vacuum, skim and brush pool as needed) ~ Scrub Tile Line
• Empty Skimmer Baskets ~ Empty Automatic Cleaner Bag ~ Empty
• Pump Basket As Needed ~ Test Chemistry & Adjust Water Chemistry
• Using Homeowner Supply ~ Blow Debris Off Pool Deck ~ Backwash
• Sand or D.E. Filter As Needed ~ Check Water Level and Advise
• Customer ~ Check Filtration Equipment ~ Check Heater Operation

Repairs are not included in maintenance program and will be billed separately if needed.

Filter backwashing of sand and D.E. filters is included with maintenance programs. Cleaning of cartridge filters and disassembly of D.E. filters to clean grids/fingers are not included and will be billed at an additional charge of $50.00 per cleaning.

Weekly maintenance fees will be billed to a credit card on file the first week of every month for the previous month’s service unless prior arrangements have been made.

$105.00 per weekly visit (pools up to 30k gallons)

$120.00 per weekly visit (pools larger than 30k gallons)

Before Enrollment Into Premium Maintenance Pool Must Be Clean, Algae Free, & Balanced.

• Customer ~ Check Filtration Equipment ~ Check Heater Operation
• Leave Door Hanger with Status of Pool Condition.
